AdminIQPrivacy policy
AdminIQ does not operate a server that collects your domain audit history. Checks run on your device, with the network requests and optional iCloud synchronisation described below.
Checks and network requests
- DNS: entered domains and DKIM selectors are sent to Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS at cloudflare-dns.com.
- Websites: certificate and security-header checks connect to the entered website. Header checks can follow its redirects.
- Registration expiry: domain names are sent to rdap.org and the registry services it redirects to.
- Ports: port checks connect to the host and TCP ports you enter, including local-network hosts when permitted.
These services receive your IP address and the request details needed to respond. They process those requests under their own policies; AdminIQ cannot control their logs or retention. Only check systems you own or have permission to assess.
Saved data and iCloud
Domains, DKIM selectors, monitoring settings and check history are stored on your device. Where iCloud is available, this information may sync through your private iCloud database to devices using the same Apple Account. iCloud synchronisation is provided by Apple and is subject to your account and device settings. Simulator builds use local storage.
WiFi codes, reports and Apple Intelligence
WiFi network names and passwords are used locally to generate QR codes. AdminIQ does not save them or send them to a QR service. QR codes contain network credentials, so share them only with people who should have access. Copied payloads stay on the local clipboard for up to two minutes, unless replaced sooner.
Reports and QR images leave the app only when you choose to copy or share them. The receiving app or service controls the resulting copy. Generated export files may remain in temporary device storage until iOS clears it.
On supported devices, Apple Intelligence can generate remediation wording on-device. No third-party AI service receives your audit results.
Purchases and notifications
Apple processes payments and subscriptions. AdminIQ uses verified StoreKit transactions to determine Pro access and does not receive payment-card details. With your permission, the app schedules local notifications about monitored domains. You can change notification and Background App Refresh permissions in iOS Settings.
Retention and deletion
Your saved domains and history remain until you delete them. Swipe to delete a domain in the domain list to remove it and its history. To remove all audits, use Settings → Delete all domains and history. Deletions sync to iCloud when available. You can also manage the app’s iCloud storage in iOS Settings.
Copies you export or share remain in their destinations until you delete them there. Removing app data does not cancel a subscription. We cannot access or delete your private on-device or iCloud audit database on your behalf.
Analytics, advertising and this website
The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. This support website uses no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or embedded contact forms. The linked RSW contact form is a separate website with its own privacy information. Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and processes connection data, including IP addresses and HTTP requests, to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare controls any service-level logs and their retention.
Support and privacy enquiries
Use the RSW contact form for support, privacy questions and requests to delete support correspondence. Please mention AdminIQ in your message. If you contact us, we receive the contact information and content you choose to send. We use it to respond to your enquiry, retain it only as needed to handle the issue and meet applicable obligations, and do not use it for advertising.
Do not include WiFi passwords, private keys or full email messages in support requests.
